Oluwafunmilola I. Salami is a Legal Practitioner by training with bias for corporate and commercial practice with special focus on insolvency practice in areas of winding up, garnishee and bankruptcy proceedings; receivership and recovery of toxic loans involving multinational companies, public bodies and state governments.

He has distinguished himself in the areas of recovery of choice lands from government and land grabbers, dissolution of civil union(s) and custody of children, real estate and investment portfolio schemes.

Based on successful prosecution of several civil and criminal cases to favourable judgment and rulings, his knowledge of law is not in doubt.

More importantly, he understands the language of the court, in view of his experience as Judicial Assistant/PA to a Federal High Court Judge thus solidifying his legal expertise.

As a thoroughbred professional, he has successfully perfected title documents at Land Registry, caused due diligence on all clients properties and as well secured the reinstatement of compulsorily acquired properties at highbrow locations in Lagos.

He is an astute professional in the area of registration of companies, patent, trademarks, business re-organisation (mergers and acquisition) as well as business permit and expatriate quota.

He has solely and along other counsel represented several financial institutions at various times of my career such as Access Bank Plc, Ecobank Bank Plc, Nigerian Export Import Bank, Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria, Skye Bank Plc, First Trustees, UBA Plc, Wema Bank Plc to mention but a few on matters from receivership, winding up and bankruptcy proceedings, recovery of chronic debts, land matters among others.

Also, he is an author of one published work titled; “Determination : The Pivot of Destiny” which was greatly commended by The Punch and The Nation.

Over all, he is highly inclined by the ancient adage that; “whatever is worth doing is worth doing well”, hence the reason for my insatiable quest for excellence and an unbridled thirst to provide value added services to my clients.

As per academic qualifications, he is a graduate from the Lagos State University with Second Class Upper Division Honours in 2011

A graduate of the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus.

A masters degree holder from University of Lagos in 2021 and also a Masters degree holder of Maritime and Commercial Law from Lagos State University.

He is an Associate of Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria.

A Fellow of Institute of Centre for Productivity in Public Governance
